We can’t travel just yet but taste your way through a curated menu that highlights a new worldly cuisine each week. Tiato’s owner Catherine An curates a meu with Chef Hugo Sandoval – they aim to tantalizes your taste buds with a multi course tasting menu each week that highlights the flavors and traditions of the cuisine while using Catherine An’s mother Helen An’s world famous asian fusion techniques. This week we are landing down in Jalisco Mexico- our menu includes a spicy shredded chicken sopes with creamy jalapeno dressing, Fresh grilled nopal salad with sweet corn, followed by our entrée choice of either Chicken mole which is a chile- chocolate sauce or a Jalisco classic birria served with white rice, last sweeten up your taste buds with a classic Mexican dessert Flan.
